CANCELLATION & NO-CALL/NO-SHOW POLICY

Due to the high percentage of last-minutes cancellations or no show at your appointment, in order to schedule your next appointments you will need to save your card in our booking platform. A $25 dollars minimun to the full payment of the service book for you will incurred for no show, cancelations not 12 hours in advance or in-store service change.

Please respect our time as We respect yours. You will not loose your money if you cancel or move your appointment within a minimum of 12-24 hours before your appointment starts. Otherwise, you will be charged from $25 up to 100% of service price for late cancellations + 100% for no-call/no-shows, thank you!
