OUR POLICIES



Cancellation Policy:

We require a notice 24 hours for all cancellations, for the moment we are not charging any cancellation fees, but understand that other customers also want to use their available hours to book so we ask for your consideration for this.

Late Policy:

If you're more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, we may have to cancel, reschedule or adjust your services to fit the remaining time. If we adjust or reschedule your service, the total cost of the service still applies. If we do not hear from you 10 minutes after your appointment, we will proceed with the next client in turn.

Gift Card Policy:

Gift cards or Gift certificates are already active, please treat them as cash since without the Gift card or the Gift certificate it cannot be processed. Gift Cards and Certificates expire in one year. Please present the Gift Certificate or Gift Card at checkout. We're not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards or gift certificates.
