REFUND & SERVICE DEPOSIT POLICY

SERVICE DEPOSIT

All of our services especially Eyelashes and Permanent Makeup like: (Microblading, Microshading or Hybrid) requires a deposit of 50% of the cost of the service at the time of making the appointment + 3.99% of transaction fee. If the appointment has been taken by phone, you will be sent a message with a link corresponding to the payment of the deposit. If you do not make the deposit, your appointment may be canceled. Once you make the deposit, you will have to arrive at least 15 minutes in advance on the day of your appointment. If you have any inconvenience and cannot show up for your appointment, you will have to call and cancel at least 4 hours in advance. If you do not call to cancel or move your appointment you could lose your deposit, on the contrary if you call within 4 hours before your appointment the deposit will be credited to your next appointment but, you will only have one chance to cancel your appointment without losing your deposit. If you have to cancel more than once, you will have to make a deposit again for a new appointment.
